Refund Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund. This window is strictly enforced to maintain efficient processing and uphold product quality standards.

Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned to our designated return address using a trackable shipping method.
- Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required for refund processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within one hour of being placed. After this one-hour window, all orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled. This ensures timely fulfillment and shipping for all customers.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@allendebrand.com. Include photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will reship the item at no cost to you.
Please note:
We do not issue refunds for damaged or defective items or for fulfillment errors. By purchasing from ALLENDE, you agree that a free reshipment is the sole resolution for these cases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ALLENDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for coverage in the case of loss or theft, customers must have selected Premium Shipping Protection at checkout.
If you purchased Premium Shipping and your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@allendebrand.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
